It is an absolute pleasure to welcome The Smith Family to Fruition Clayfield. Fruition is dedicated to inspiring successful learning for every Fruition learner.
Fruition promises to provide significant learning outcomes for Rhiannon that will prepare her for the end of term 3 of Year 7 in Maths and Reading. She will experience increased self-confidence, independence, motivation and success.
For our Promise to remain effective, Rhiannon will need to complete the agreed 60 hour course at the rate of four (4) hours of computer based learning per week. To this end, Rhiannon’s course will expire on or before the 16 August 2011.
If Rhiannon is unable to attend a lesson, you must let us know as soon as possible. You will be charged for your booking/lesson. You are invited to complete a make-up lesson within the week without charge.
It is recommended and agreed that Rhiannon use the holidays to complete an additional hours so that she reaches her goals sooner.
Any recommendations we make, such as having Rhiannon’s eyes tested by a behavioural optometrist, must be acted upon. If you do not act upon this advice, the Promise will be nullified.
Fruition will provide:
- Daily Feedback – through the Daily Result Slips;
- Progress Reports – a written report with verbal feedback; and
- Measurable Outcomes – provided by computer generated data.
Fruition promises to leave no stone unturned to ensure Rhiannon reaches her goals. Should Rhiannon require additional time to reach her goals, and provided you meet all requirements mentioned above, Fruition Clayfield will keep working with Rhiannon at no cost to you until we achieve the targets agreed upon.
